The Riverhead Cardboard Boat Race is one of summer’s most exciting events along the Peconic Riverfront. Sign up to race in various categories including: Youth Regatta, Grand National Regatta, Yacht Club Regatta and Outlaw Race.
Special awards for categories: Best Spirit, Titanic Sinking, Best Constructed, Most Creative, Commandeer's Choice, People's Choice & Best Captain!
There will be games, activities, vendors & more!!
Hosted by the Riverhead Business Improvement District in conjunction with the Riverhead Chamber of Commerce along with our 2022 sponsors Riverhead Building Supply, Jason Galka Real Estate, Sunset Beach FilmsPeople's United, Privet Consignment Warehouse, KL Wealth Strategies. This popular community event has attracted locals for years. In past years we've had participants come from as far as Massachusetts and Virginia!
