The 7th Annual Suffolk County Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2021. This year the race will start in the Village of Babylon and finish in Gardiner Park, located in West Islip. Athletes will run one of the most scenic courses on Long Island, running across the Robert Moses Causeway.
