Christiana Schelfhout is an international teacher of healing arts and expression, focused on awakening our innate capacity to regenerate through reconnection to community and nature. She encourages healing to come from reconnecting to yourself through story, movement, sound therapy, and self-expression. Christiana integrates various healing philosophies, and her own visions of what it means to honor connection and expression within your own body.

A blend of therapeutic modalities intended to restore balance and a deep sense of calm. These sessions are deeply personal and adaptive, working with what is most present for you. Sessions integrate use of a vibro-acoustic table for deep inner frequency healing.
