HOW TO PLAY:

Play by collecting your receipts (between April 15 2022 and June 15 2022) from five shops in a row (horizontal, vertical & diagonal), the four corners shops to be entered into a raffle to win! Fill up the entire BINGO sheet and return with receipts for a special prize! Together, all receipts must equal at least $80.

Return the completed contact information form and bingo board along with your receipts to our main office at 111 Main Street (next to Cottontails) in Stony Brook Village.

Or you can mail in your contact information form and receipts to PO Box 572, Stony Brook, NY 11790.
