Join Gabby and Gena for the ULTIMATE beach healing! Meet us in Long Beach on New York Avenue Beach Entrance (near Five Ocean restaurant) for an evening of meditation, sound bowls, and Reiki healing. 

This class will allow you to drop in, reflect, and raise your vibration. 

Please bring either a yoga mat, towel, or blanket, your journal, and dress appropriately for the weather that evening. Rain date TBD.
